Shruti has 20+ years of experience in the industry with a focus on talent acquisition. In her last role with DoorDash, she led the executive recruiting function for engineering, analytics, and design. Prior to this, she was with Amazon where she drove executive recruiting for the AWS Revenue Ops organization. Shruti began her executive recruiting journey in 2010 with Deininger Consulting, where she helped close many CXO searches for companies in automotive, technology, finance, healthcare, and infrastructure industries.
She built many of these verticals and the teams that supported them from scratch. Before executive search, Shruti spent 7 years in the technical recruiting domain with Microsoft and its partners. Her work spans most organizational functions including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations. She began her career in technical writing and instructional design in 2000 with CoForge. For many years between then and her executive search career, she worked in professional search and staff augmentation for the tech industry including startups such as OpenTable and enterprises such as Microsoft, Amazon, Expedia, and Nordstrom.
Shruti has built and led direct and matrixed teams spread across geographies supporting global programs.
