Shruti Miglani has 20+ years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition across industries. She has led executive recruitment across diverse functions, from Tech, GTM, G&A., to the C-Suite, ensuring that each hire contributes to the business’s growth and success. She has led teams, creating scalable processes, and collaborating closely with leadership to build cultures that attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

At Gemini, she led a team of 17 talent professionals and has successfully scaled hiring efforts, bringing on over 500 new employees worldwide. As Leadership Recruiter for Engineering & Analytics at DoorDash, she helped scale the executive recruiting function, driving high-level talent acquisition and process optimization to support rapid growth.

Prior to this, she was with Amazon where she drove executive recruiting for the AWS Revenue Ops organization and ran a global COE for Solutions Architecture. Shruti began her executive recruiting journey in 2010 with Deininger Consulting, where she helped close many CXO searches for companies in automotive, technology, finance, healthcare, and infrastructure industries.

Shruti has built and led direct and matrixed teams spread across geographies supporting global programs.
